Learn about Care Plans

Care plans allow you to add various modalities that you are taking for your treatment in one place. Care plans have the added benefit of being able to add reminders for various measurements or symptoms you may need to check-in with periodically as well.\n\nAs an example, if you are a patient with diabetes. You may need to take a medication to manage your blood sugar. You may add this drug to your care plan. You may additionally also add a "measurement check" reminder to record your blood sugar levels periodically. You may also add a "symptom check" reminder to record if you feel dizzy, or any other symptom as either a result of your care plan or as a general symptom you experience that you are trying to track. More advanced users can add to their care plan by adding nutrition, activity and therapies they may need to also engage in as part of their care plan to improve their overall health.
