You may set these 3 reminders for daily, or weekly in your care plan, and we will send you an email to record your adherence against them. 


Therapy reminders include things such as recording an entry as part of CBT or LLLT. 


Physical activity reminders can be reminders to alert you of things such as walking or going to the gym. 


Nutritional reminders can tell you the right times to consume a meal or certain beverages.
